A logistics park in Tongzhou, Beijing is equipped with a 545kW photovoltaic system and a 240kW/630kWh energy storage system. The photovoltaic system uses spontaneous generation and self-use, surplus electricity goes online, and energy storage obtains income through peak shaving and valley filling. The team provides program design, consulting and project management services in this project, and customizes the development of an EMS system. The total investment of the project is 4.82 million yuan. It was put into operation in September 2019. The first five years of the project’s income was about 4.4 million yuan, the IRR of the project was 12.6%, and the static payback period was 6.3 years.
